As a child living in Tuscany, it was always a treat to visit the Monastery of Camaldoli.

Set in the middle of a National Park and built in the 9th Century, it continues to be at the top of my list of places to visit, whenever I go back home.

After a long trek through the surrounding lush forest, an indulgence is always a must from the Monastery shop…a bar of chocolate to snack on, or a bottle of sweet dessert wine to take back home and savour.

These divine products are available for you to enjoy along with other wonderful delicacies I have found in the hills of Tuscany.
